Californian Daiquiri

  • 45ml Bacardi
  • 30ml orange juice
  • A banana
  • Cream

Preparation: Pour the mixture unstrained into a tall flute glass. Garnish with a quarter orange wheel and cherry.

Frozen Daiquiri

  • 45ml Bacardi
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 15ml lemon juice (I usually forego the lemon juice)
  • Lime cordial

Preparation: Blend shaken mixture with ice in a blender and serve in a flute glass.

Pina Colada

  • 45ml Malibu
  • 30ml cream
  • 120ml pineapple juice

Preparation: Shake with ice. Strain into a tall flute glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.

Japanese Slipper

  • 30ml Midori Melon
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 30ml lemon juice

Preparation: Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. This was the first cocktail I ever made.

Mimosa

  • Half orange juice
  • Half champagne

Preparation: Serve in a tall flute. Garnish the same as the Californian Daiquiri.
